Local Production in Pomona, California
Our Pomona workspace is set up for daily custom apparel production. We handle print preparation, DTF printing, transfer film cutting, heat press production, quality checking, packing, and shipping preparation.
Customers can send us their artwork, product type, quantity, size breakdown, deadline, and pickup or shipping preference.
Before production begins, our team reviews the order details and prepares the print layout. We support both small test orders and larger repeat orders.
DTF Printing Process
Our DTF printing process starts with artwork review and print preparation. After the design is ready, it is printed on DTF transfer film using our production equipment.
The printed transfer film is then prepared, cut, sorted, and applied to the T-shirt using a heat press machine.
Production Workflow
1. Order Review
We review the artwork, product type, quantity, size breakdown, print placement, deadline, and fulfillment needs.
2. Print Preparation
The artwork is prepared for DTF printing, and the print layout is checked before production starts.
3. DTF Printing
The design is printed on DTF transfer film using our production equipment.
4. Cutting & Sorting
Printed transfer films are cut and sorted by order, size, design, and garment color.
5. Heat Press Production
The transfer film is aligned on the T-shirt and applied using a heat press machine.
6. Quality Check
Finished items are checked for print placement, color appearance, adhesion, garment size, and overall condition.
7. Packing & Fulfillment
Finished T-shirts are folded, bagged, labeled, sorted, and prepared for local pickup, shipping, or fulfillment.
Inventory & Materials
We keep blank T-shirts and production materials organized by color and size. This helps our team prepare orders more efficiently and support both small-batch and bulk custom apparel projects.
Packing & Fulfillment
After production is completed, our team organizes each order by design, size, color, and quantity. Finished items are prepared for local pickup, carrier pickup, or shipping based on the customer’s order requirements.
